There are five
elegantly appointed dining rooms available for public or private
dinner parties, all of which feature working fireplaces in season.

The Ball Room
The
Ballroom is the largest room and can be utilized for a formal seating of up to twenty two
guests at one impressive banquet table.


The Bay Room
The Bay
Room is located immediately adjacent to the Ballroom and can be used in conjunction with
it for pre-dinner cocktails or expanded seating for up to fifty persons.


The Gold Room
The
Gold Room features an impressive mahogany fireplace with matching wainscot, lovely leaded-
glass windows.


The Study
The
Study is the restaurant's most intimate room and served as a Victorian parlor in the
original design of the home.


The Chef's Library
This
room is available for parties of 8 to 12 persons. It houses 2500 Italian and French
cookbooks, which are part of over 10,000 books on gastronomy that comprise Chef Blank's
culinary library.


The
"Main" Library
When he's not in the kitchen (peeling peaches),
Chef Fritz can be found in his main library writing or researching
among his 10,000 cookbooks and other culinary memorabilia. Be sure to ask for a tour.
